The hotel offers excellent value for money with its reasonable prices and included breakfast. The staff are attentive and the service is top-notch. The location is perfect, situated in the middle of a touristic area with plenty of attractions nearby. Additionally, the rooms are cozy and well-furnished, providing a comfortable stay for guests.
No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive, and they even let us order food from the restaurant after it had closed. The room we stayed in had a beautiful view and was well-furnished. We also enjoyed the hotel's own garden, which added to the overall charm. The breakfast provided was tasty and varied, and we appreciated the opportunity to have discounts through a touristic book given to us at check-in. The location was perfect, near the river and with easy access to everything in the city.

Great option for New Year's stay. We had a clean and spacious room with a nice view. The staff was friendly and could speak English. The hotel's location near the Gondola and entrance to the park was perfect. The breakfast provided was delicious with a good variety of options. a good value for the price and a convenient location for exploring the area.
The hotel is located near the main road, so it can get a bit noisy outside with car traffic. However, with the windows closed, the noise was manageable.

During our Christmas stay at this hotel, we were happy with the beautiful surroundings and the cozy feeling of the rooms. the location near the popular tourist attractions and restaurants made it easy for us to get around. We also appreciated the delicious breakfast that was offered every morning and the friendly staff who were always ready to help.
Our only complaint is that the bathrooms were quite small, which made it a bit cramped when getting ready. the road outside the hotel was quite noisy, so it was difficult to sleep at night.

First of all, the prices were very reasonable, especially considering the breakfast was included. Speaking of breakfast, it was fantastic - a wonderful start to the day. The staff were friendly and attentive, and I especially appreciated their attention to detail in providing clean rooms and basic amenities. The location was also convenient, with easy access to the park and a short walk to the Gondola. I was lucky enough to get a room on the last floor, and the view was simply breathtaking.
No major issues, everything was just fine.
